Heart Light Magic Group: Gentle Yoga with Music and Meditation

Starts at 6:00 PM Pacific and ends at 7:30 PM. Free admission (Meetup RSVP). Come join us for a beautiful experience out in nature, including a 20-25 minute gentle yoga routine, followed by a 15-20 group meditation, with some music incorporated as well. The last 15 minutes or so will be a time for spiritual discussion connected to the meditation, with tea and cookies provided! Open to the public;
