Judo, Beginning

Starts at 7 PM PT (ends 8 PM). Judo, Beginning at Student Recreation Center (SRC) (public calendar listing). This is an introductory course in Kodokan Judo. Students will learn several basic throws, pins, arm bars and chokes. Students will also learn how to fall properly to protect themselves from injury.
