What impact on human society if we got a visit/msg from intelligent aliens?

Starts Monday, October 19, at 7:00 PM Pacific at Panera Bread, 5620 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA. I will fill in more details on this one later. Look, even if you don't believe alien contact is possible enough to discuss, this still has real potential as a discussion. Open to the public; free to attend; RSVP on Meetup at https://www.meetup.com/civilized-conversation-of-san-diego/events/316705092.
